The Brilliant Club: Fully funded student transition programme for Year 13 students progressing to university

Posted Fri 28 April 2023 - 10:47

Join the Dots is a free programme for schools and colleges run by The Brilliant Club to support Year 13 students as they transition to university.

The programme brings schools and colleges together with universities to develop a network of support for students during the transition to university, especially those who are most likely to face barriers. Schools and colleges identify Year 13 students who meet key targeting criteria and have applied to one or more of the programme’s partner universities to participate.

The programme is split into two parts:

  1. April – August 2023: A series of university preparedness activities run by The Brilliant Club with guest speakers from partner universities.
  2. September 2023 – January 2024: Support from a PhD coach.

You can find out more about the programme by watching this video, joining us for one of our information events or emailing jtd@thebrilliantclub.org.

To sign up for the programme please complete this short form.

We would ask that any student who signs up has applied to one or more of our partner universities: The University of Kent, Leeds Trinity University, The University of Bristol, The University of Manchester, Goldsmiths University of London, and The University of Sheffield (further partners to be announced in the coming weeks).

You can read about our targeting criteria here.
